The church was officially established on the 14th of April 1991 in the Nkomazi Region, Naas Township of the Mpumalanga Province, Republic of South Africa by Apostle, Prof. VN Sibiya

THE NAME

The name of the organism and organization shall be called OMEGA MINISTRIES and the
Home Fellowship Groups Church shall be called OMEGA BIBLE CHURCH

THE ADDRESS

 OMEGA Ministries shall have its International Head Quarters offices in the Republic of South Africa and shall be located in Nelspruit City Mpumalanga Province or at such other address as may be decided upon by the Board from time to time. And wherever the Church will be established, each country shall have its own offices in the Capital City thereof.
